Sometimes, a single decision can change everything.

In 2023, what seemed like an ordinary application turned out to be the spark that lit the fire behind Accel360 Hub. Like many entrepreneurs, I was simply looking for opportunities to grow. I applied for a business accelerator program without fully grasping its importance, it just seemed like something worth trying as someone hungry to learn.

Months later, I received an interview invite. That’s when things got serious. I was accepted into the Business Innovation Accelerator, hosted by Lagos Business School and fully sponsored by the Bank of Industry, Nigeria. I packed my bags and moved to Lagos for a six-week, fully immersive business training experience.

It wasn’t easy, even far from it. But I showed up to every class, committed to learning, growing, and showing myself what was possible.

And everything changed.

The experience redefined how I saw business. It helped me break through the chaos and find clarity. I made more revenue. I gained confidence. I sat alongside brilliant entrepreneurs from across Nigeria, listening to thought leaders I had only seen on TV or read about in newspapers. More importantly, I stopped chasing just profit, and started building with purpose.

I became an impact-driven entrepreneur, not just a profit-driven one.

And with every moment I spent in that classroom, one thought stayed in my heart:
“Every Nigerian business owner deserves this kind of experience.”

After the program, I attended another entrepreneurship event in Lagos, and something inside me shifted. I listened as speakers shared vague, unrealistic ideas that didn’t reflect what actually works in business. I couldn’t sit still. I knew the truth. I had received high-fidelity training, and now I had a responsibility to give back.
